Breakfast with Santa on December 8th

Children in the East Orange County area can enjoy a special visit with Santa in early December. The Kiwanis Club of East Orange County will host its 21st annual holiday event “Breakfast with Santa” on Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 9:00-12:00pm at Legacy Middle School (11398 Lake Underhill Road).

In addition to Santa, the event will feature a pancake breakfast. Students from local schools will provide entertainment and there will be fun activities for children.  For an additional charge, children can have their photo taken with Santa.

Tickets for the pancake breakfast are $5 and can be purchased at the event. The breakfast is hosted by over 100 student club members and is completely volunteer-driven.  All funds raised from this event are returned to the community through the club’s service leadership programs.

The Kiwanis Club of East Orange County currently sponsors 13 service leadership clubs (K-Kids in elementary schools, Builders Club in middle schools, Key Club in high schools, and Circle K Club at UCF) which teach students about leadership and serving others in their community.

The K-Family Keeping our Community Clean!

Thanks to UCF CKI, Corner Lake Middle Builders Club, and East Orange County Kiwanis, the sidewalks in our community are a bit cleaner! On Saturday, September 22nd, over 40 K-Family members gathered to clean a half mile stretch of sidewalks on University Boulevard near UCF. It was a productive morning, and we appreciate all K-Family members and friends for coming out!

Kiwanis Breakfast with Santa Brings Holiday Cheer

Holiday cheer was brought to many children and families this year at the Kiwanis Club of East Orange County's 20th Annual Breakfast with Santa on Saturday, December 2nd!  Thank you to the following sponsors: Freedom Payroll, Krispy Kreme, Lucky's Market, Business Archives, Lowe's Home Improvement, The Home Depot, Bailey's Coffee Service, Wolfinger Law, Ashley Furniture Homestore, Bounce Orlando, and Legacy Middle School.
